The Landia DG-I chopper pump is an extremely robust, high-efficiency pump engineered for handling heavily contaminated liquids and fluids with high solids content. Its integrated knife system continuously macerates rags, wipes, fibers, and other debris before they enter the impeller, preventing clogging and ensuring reliable operation in conditions where conventional pumps frequently struggle.

For abrasive environments—such as liquids containing grit, sand, or other wear-intensive solids—Landia offers specially hardened materials that significantly extend component life beyond that of standard pump designs.
For corrosive or chemically aggressive fluids, a large portion of the DG-I range can be supplied in acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 316).
