Ebara DVFU Pumps

Picture
The model DVFU submersible pumps are made of tough cast iron with heavy-duty motors suitable for industrial and municipal water and sewer water, drainage and sewage applications where the discharge water or the pumpage contains fibrous or large solids. The high-efficiency, semi-open recessed vortex impeller makes it possible to pass abrasive and large, suspended  solids up to 5″ and works to prevent clogging. The model DVFU are available with FM motors.

Specifications
  • Discharge Size: 2″ to 6″
  • Range of HP: 2 to 30 HP
  • Capacity: 16 to 1200 GPM
  • Head: 13 to 121 Ft.
  • Max. solid diameter: 5″
  • Max. liquid temperature: 104°F (40°C)
  • FM explosion proof available
Key Features
  • Air-filled, heavy-duty Class H insulated motor – operates cooler with higher efficiencies
  • Motor protection - Built-in Klixon thermal detector and mechanical seal leakage protection minimize maintenance costs
  • Molded watertight cable entry system – protects against moisture and capillary action; reduces maintenance costs
  • 60,000 hour single and double row thrust bearings – long dependable operation, lowers maintenance costs
  • Large solids handling capabilities – prevents clogging
  • Semi-open vortex type recessed impeller - multi-vane vortex design handles stringy material better and prevents clogging providing high reliability, durability and lower maintenance costs
  • Double mechanical seals – operate in an oil bath providing longer service life and lower maintenance costs
