Diaphragm Pumps

The MAGDOS line of solenoid driven diaphragm metering pumps combines state-of-the-art microprocessors with durable mechanics. The MAGDOS DE/DX and MAGDOS LT models are available with the following features:
- Capacities from 0.03 gph 27.7 gph with pressures up to 232 psig
- Manual control with stroke frequency adjustment
- Proportional chemical feed via external pulse control by water meter or other voltage free contacts
- Connection for level control with alarm signal
- Materials of construction: PVC, PP, PVDF, PTFE, and 316SS

The MEMDOS series is an economical line of motor driven, mechanical diaphragm metering pumps. This versatile line offers two versions to meet a variety of applications:
- The base model, MEMDOS E, is a manually operated version.
- For applications requiring control by an external control signal, the intelligentMEMDOS DX offers state-of-the-art microprocessor control. By integrating the speed control, the MEMDOS DX eliminates the need for the further expense of additional variable speed controllers.
Metering Pumps - 2300 Series

The 2300 Series mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump is a compact, modular, state-of-the-art design. The rugged design makes this pump ideal for most municipal or industrial water treatment chemical applications. This pump has a metering head designed with a separation chamber behind the diaphragm which will protect the body of the pump should the diaphragm rupture or crack due to wear. Any leakage will drain harmlessly back to the tank or an alternate location. Escaping leakage may be detected by a probe that can be used to shut off pump or send an alarm.
Nine different models are available, offering maximum capacities from 17 to 310 gph and a maximum pressure rating of 150 psig. Simplex and duplex models are available. The drive consists of a single stage reduction worm gear. The drive is lubricated for long life and includes a 120 VAC single phase or 230/460 VAC 3-phase TE or XP motor. The stroke length may be either manually or automatically adjusted from 0-100%. The 2300 Series is designed with low stroking speeds for long term reliability.

Metering Pumps - 1700 Series PropSuperb

Heavy-duty hydraulically actuated tubular diaphragm pump designed for high capacity and high pressures. Also ideally suited for corrosive liquids such as H2SO4 or slurries. The simple, yet unique vertical hydraulics eliminates need for complicated vent and refill mechanisms. Prestressed tubular diaphragm handles inconsistent suction conditions and suction lift capabilities to 16 feet.

Peristaltic Pumps

Peristaltic Pumps - PERIDOS
Lutz-JESCO America Corp. has added a peristaltic pump line to it’s wide range of product offerings. The PERIDOS is designed to meet the demanding requirements of chemical injection and dispensing applications.
Exceptional self-priming capabilities make the PERIDOS series an ideal choice for hard-to-handle chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide or viscous polymers. An extremely wide range of flow outputs can be obtained by simply changing the tubing size.
The PERIDOS Series one size pumphead accepts five standard tubing sizes. The spring loaded pumphead rollers provide extended tubing life and automatically compensate for minor variations in pump tube wall thickness. The PERIDOS Series pump system also allows you to mount the controller on the wall...away from the harsh environment.
An optional tubing rupture detector will automatically shut down the PERIDOS pump and signal an alarm in the event of a tubing leak. Used in conjunction with the unique PERIDOS sealed pump design the Lutz-JESCO Tubing Rupture Detector helps to protect operators and other equipment from potentially dangerous fumes and chemicals.

Flomotion ALH Series
The ALH Series of peristatlic pumps provide high levels of volumetric accuracy for sampling and metering applications. ALH Series pumps are available in 15 different sizes that provide flow rates up to 38,000 GPH. The low maintenance, seal-less design eliminates leaks, contamination and wear problems associated with difficult to seal products.
Only the inside of the hose and hose inserts are in contact with the aggressive and contaminated fluids. This means that they can be processed without attacking the rest of the pump components as often happens with other pumping technologies. They have the ability to pass solids in the material being pumped as large as 20% of the hose ID. Dry-run capability and self-priming up to 32 ft. allows tank and line stripping. Will handle fragile fluids with little wear.
ALH Series hoses are compatible with many other manufacturers pumps. Hoses are constructed of natural rubber, NBR, EPDM, Hypalon, FKM. Reversible operation allows pumping in both directions and durable construction of ductile iron and steel construction allow higher discharge pressures up to 217 psi.
