Ebara DDLFU Pumps

Picture
The model DDLFU submersible pumps are constructed of cast iron with heavy-duty motors and high-efficiency impellers that make it possible to pass slurries, sludge, sewage and large solids up to 3 1/4″. The DDLFU is suitable for various dry pit applications including industrial and municipal water and wastewater, lift stations and treatment facilities.

Specifications
  • Discharge Size: 4″×3″, 6″×4″, 8″×6″, 8″×8″, 10″×10″, 12″×12″
  • Range of HP: 15 to 60 HP
  • Capacity: 80 to 4000 GPM
  • Head: 20 to 243 Ft.
  • Max. solid diameter: 3 1/4″
  • Max. liquid temperature: 104°F (40°C)
  • FM explosion proof available
Key Features
  • Heavy-duty, high-efficiency, air filled, Class H insulated motor – rated for 356°F with a 1.15 service factor dissipates heat easily; thermal protection in each phase of windings protects; operates cooler with higher efficiencies; longer service life with lower operating costs
  • Watertight cable entry system – protects against moisture and capillary action; reduces maintenance costs
  • Self-cooling jacket - eliminates the need for external pumping devices or special heat transfer fluids; offers simplicity and high reliability by effectively dissipating heat in dry pit applications only
  • 60,000 hour single and double row thrust bearings – long dependable operation, lowers maintenance costs
  • High-efficiency impellers – ability to pass large solids with high outputs prevent clogging and handles stringy material better, impellers are optimized for hydraulic coverage lowering operating costs
  • Double mechanical seals – operate in an oil bath providing longer service life and lower maintenance costs
  • Stainless steel shaft – high tensile strength and corrosion resistance
  • Replaceable wear components – maintain working clearances while reducing casing and volute costs
